In his new role, Cruz is responsible for identifying business opportunities, nurturing new and existing clients, and ensuring every customer experiences the complete value of partnering with SCA, a nationwide leader in appraisal and adjusting services for auto, specialty, and property claims.

Cruz previously worked on the company’s Client Success Team. As a Customer Success Manager, he developed many of the skills that will make him successful in his new business development role. This includes having supported a dedicated roster of clients to streamline their claims servicing process, and serving as a single point of contact for any questions or issues they may have been experiencing.
