SCA has partnered with local auto dealerships, businesses and community organizations nationwide to establish pop-up Drive-In Inspection Centers. These centers are staffed with dedicated hail claim appraisers equipped with hail detection lighting and reflector boards to help deliver first estimate appraisal accuracy.
Carrier customers will receive an invite to use SCA's online drive-in scheduling tool that includes driving directions to the Drive-In Inspection Centers in their area. Customers then simply arrive with their damaged vehicle at their scheduled time, and enjoy the convenience of getting an assessment and leaving with a check — FAST. SIMPLE. DONE.
Claimants who opt for a traditional on-site appraisal at their home or place of choice will still have that opportunity.
