Job Overview: The Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies aimed at maintaining and expanding our client base within the auto, property, liability, and specialty claims sectors. This leadership position requires a seasoned sales professional with a deep understanding of the Property & Casualty (P&C)/TPA insurance landscape. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in building sales strategies, closing deals, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth in auto, property, liability, and specialty claims services.
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients while nurturing and expanding relationships with existing clients.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to set sales goals and drive revenue targets.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to ensure SCA remains ahead of the curve.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients, highlighting SCA's unique value proposition.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close, ensuring consistent follow-through and a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Represent SCA at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand recognition and drive business development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 7+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, with a focus on the P&C insurance industry.
- Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead a sales team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings, industry events, and conferences.
