When our franchise division was initially created the charter was to bring together the best owner-operator appraisers from across the country to provide our insurance clients unparalleled service. This dedicated and hardworking network of franchise owners has helped grow both the SCA brand and their own business to the powerhouse level we now enjoy… but we’re not done yet. We’re diligently signing new franchise owners each month to high-growth areas so they can take hold of the American Dream by securing their future and fortune under the SCA banner. 4 easy steps
The Simple Path to Franchise Ownership
Step 1: Meet the team
When your application is approved, we will send you a formal proposal for the franchise territory you choose. Now it’s time to receive your training from our corporate trainer at one of our offices or virtually. We’ll schedule your multi-day training sessions so you can learn our systems and meet those who will support your business. You’ll be operating an SCA franchise within as little as 30 days.
Step 2: Submit an application
Ready to go the next step? Submit an application along with a formal background and credit check consent.
Step 3: Schedule a discovery call
14 days after receiving the FDD (required waiting period by Federal Law) an SCA Regional Director will schedule a call with you to answer any questions you may have and also help to find you an available franchise area that fits your business need.
Step 4: Request a Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD)
After providing your skill-based and business credentials we will provide a franchise candidate with a Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD), which explains everything about SCA franchising.
