Suzette has more than 20 years of experience in the human resources profession. Before joining SCA, she worked for 12 years with nonstandard insurance.

Her background in recruiting, employee relations, onboarding, mentoring, payroll, and project management has given her a diverse skill set. Additionally, her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) certifications highlight her commitment to professional development and expertise in HR practices.

Suzette’s role at SCA involves expanding claims recruitment in the independent and staff appraiser/adjuster realm. She strives to build relationships and make processes more efficient for her team while promoting the team atmosphere of the organization.

Outside of her professional life, Suzette values spending time with family and friends, particularly at her favorite places—the lake and the beach.
